This piece was originally part of the Main/Higgins 2009 project (identified on this website in the RIP section as Main & Higgins 03). All of the pieces (11 clusters in all) were removed in 2014 to facilitate massive rebuilding of the underpass concrete. In 2017, this piece found a home at Cosmopolitan Flowers.
