Annie Bergen: "I worked with one grade seven class on this project. Fence owner is motivational speaker/life coach Stephanie Staples. She was having trouble with graffiti on her fence, and had been trying to work something out with the school so that the kids could paint the fence. Stephanie's business tagline 'Your Life Unlimited' served as our theme: limitless potential, which is a perfect theme for junior high students! Students made drawings about the theme, and submitted them to me. I combined these drawings into one final design, which left room for other ideas and inspirations along the way. The kids scraped and primed the wall, and then they spent their days painting with me until completion. A unique feature of this wall while painting: one side of the fence was sunny and the other side in shade all the time. So, when kids got tired of the heat, they switched to working on the shady side. There was a lot of pride and excitement surrounding this wall. Now, instead of looking at graffiti everyday on their way to school, students, staff and the community get to see this bright, beautiful wall!"

Stephanie Staples (client): "Annie, I cannot express my thanks enough making my fence come alive. I feel like my house is wrapped up in love and it has given our entire community a boost. Your work with the children to create this special piece of art, your attention to detail, your customization and your pleasant demeanour made this entire project shine. Thank you for the difference you make.!"
