Each year, we lose some good outdoor art in Winnipeg. For the year indicated, here's a
last look at, a last goodbye to some of the artwork that has disappeared that year.
996 St. Mary's Road
This rendering was done by Frank Megyesi in 2003. To the best of our knowledge, this pizza joint never ever did actually open; though a separate pizza facility operating under a different name opened a year or so later. The wall was eventually painted over in April of 2007 when the building temporarily became a campaign office for a candidate running in the provincial election.
