Each year, we lose some good outdoor art in Winnipeg. For the year indicated, here's a last look at, a last goodbye to some of the artwork that has disappeared that year.

Original notes follow:===

Chris Velasco: "There was a fair bit of graffiti and tagging on this wall. Plus given the fact that it was located in a park with a wading pool behind it, I wanted to create something that would help beautify the area and to create something a little more happy using bright colours to add life to the park. I wanted something playful and bright that people driving past would see right away."

"The design is a little more 'cartoony', and that was due to the kids! The kids really liked it. Some of the kids actually helped me out a little bit. Take Pride and myself agreed that we didn't want any human figures in the design."
